1. Apply for Pre-Approval

The first step is starting your online mortgage loan application. We gather your basic financial details upfront so we can hit the ground running. The sooner we understand your needs, the sooner we can get you pre-approved and house hunting.

2. Submit Your Documents

Once we receive your supporting documents, we’ll schedule a quick meeting to:



  • Review your mortgage options
  • Answer questions about the homebuying process
  • Issue your official pre-approval letter

3. Start Your Search

This is the fun part! With pre-approval in hand, you can confidently search for homes and make offers on the ones that feel like the one.

4. Accepted Offer

When your offer is accepted, we’ll lock in your interest rate and move forward with the next phase of your mortgage process. You’re well on your way to homeownership.

5. Appraisal

We’ll coordinate a licensed appraiser to evaluate the property’s value. Their findings help confirm the home’s worth so we can finalize your loan figures.

6. Underwriting

This is the behind-the-scenes magic. Our underwriters review everything to ensure all conditions are met. Because we gathered so much up front, we’re able to move quickly through this step.

7. Final Figures

You’ll receive a breakdown of your final costs and closing numbers. We’ll go over them with you, answer any questions, and schedule your closing date.

8. Closing Day

Bring your ID, sign a few documents, get your keys, and just like that, you’re a homeowner!
